LAWN SERVICE 

All mowing services include edging along flowerbeds and concrete surfaces, trimming the perimeter of the lawn, and blowing debris.

The season typically runs from March until November (weather pending). We require all customers to be on a weekly schedule approximately from March until June (during the Summer, we may switch to a biweekly schedule). PS: We come on the same day each week!

We collect payment on a monthly basis. For example, we collect the final balance for the month of April on the last service date of April. Our accepted payment methods are cash, check, credit card, Zelle, CashApp, and Venmo, Please note, we do require a credit card on file even if you select a different payment method.

Shape: A perfectly rectangular lawn will take a considerable amount of time less to mow in comparison to an odd shaped lawn with flowerbeds and obstacles scattered throughout.

Access: Small gates into backyards keep us from using larger mowing equipment, and increases the time it takes to mow the backyard if it is fenced in. Long driveways or addresses with limited parking for our truck and trailer setup, also increase the time it takes to perform service. 

Growth: If the lawn is overgrown it can take the crew 2-3 times longer to mow the grass meaning the initial cut will cost extra to establish defined edges and an appropriate grass length.

Business Overhead: Even if the lawn is 1000 sq feet - trucks, trailers, insurance, fuel, and other expenses make it important for us to set certain rates.
